Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in our Noida office, where you will be a key contributor to our data operations. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us push the boundaries of how we process and utilize complex property data.
Your impact
- Take charge of ingesting, transforming, and structuring partner data to meet our high internal standards.
- Enhance our datasets by leveraging third-party sources and our own proprietary in-house products.
- Apply your analytical skills to uncover innovative insights and challenge existing processes to drive new developments.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in data and a passion for efficiency. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Insurance.
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, specifically with exposure to property insurance.
- A strong command of MS Excel and an automation-first mindset regarding AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or VBA.
