The role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Analyst, Workforce Management to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site individual contributor position where you will play a vital role in our strategic planning and resource alignment. You will be responsible for evaluating performance metrics and translating complex data into actionable insights that help our leadership team make informed business decisions.
Core responsibilities
- Gather and interpret data regarding team volume and productivity to identify trends, using statistical techniques to support our business goals.
- Develop detailed reports, flowcharts, and visual presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring we meet our service levels and staffing targets.
- Manage operational logistics, including interval level forecasting, schedule optimization for new hires, and the oversight of annual PTO allocations across various lines of business.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data analysis and clear communication. We require the following qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills, specifically in collecting, organizing, and disseminating large amounts of information with high accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database management systems.
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- A professional demeanor with the flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
