We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our Benefits team. This role is focused on the administration of health and welfare programs, including 401(k) retirement plans, for our operations in the United States, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. You will work closely with our Senior Benefits Manager and HR Business Partners to provide exceptional support to our firm and family office clients. Key outcomes
- Manage the administration of international health and welfare plans, including group health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and HR partners regarding benefit inquiries, enrollment, and issue resolution.
- Maintain precise employee benefit records within our HRIS and internal documentation systems.
- Reconcile monthly insurance invoices and coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions and timely payments.
- Lead annual processes such as Open Enrollment and 401(k) audits, while assisting with regulatory compliance reporting like Form 5500 and ACA filings.
- Oversee leave of absence programs and provide guidance to staff on related policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in health and welfare benefit plan administration.
- A strong working knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, along with experience using HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $145,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
