What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level professional to join our Growth Marketing team as an Analyst for Paid Digital Search. This is a Full Time, Hybrid role that can be based Anywhere. You will be responsible for scaling our search presence and ensuring our marketing efforts reach the right audience effectively. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing SEM campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads, including the execution of launches and automated bidding strategies.
• Developing and implementing new search strategies to drive qualified leads while balancing customer acquisition costs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaign performance with broader business goals and ensuring accurate conversion tracking.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least two years of experience in a paid search role. We require a bachelor's degree, ideally in a quantitative field such as analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science. You must possess a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and search bidding strategies like tCPA and tROAS. We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking teammate who is intellectually curious and capable of presenting complex data analysis to senior management. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role, as is a genuine passion for supporting the small business community.
