The Department: Marketing
The Role: Analyst, Marketing
Gemini is looking for a motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape to join as a Marketing Analyst, focused on operational marketing, customer retention, and compliance. They will be responsible for marketing efforts across email and social media in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be interested in learning a variety of areas within the marketing organization. Comfortable with executing in a fast paced global environment, and supporting cross-functional launches while maintaining a strong focus on results. This is a unique opportunity to deliver on a global roadmap that will help drive crypto product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to go-to-market plans for major product launches that require cross-functional support and work with product, design, comms and marketing to deliver on these project plans.
- Execute and evolve a multi-channel strategy that grows Gemini’s brand awareness, engagement, and reach in order to drive user growth and engagement.
- Build a robust growth and test plan across social media channels, and other user touch points to drive performance.
- Support in developing and launching customer marketing campaigns including email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Tactical execution of re-engagement campaigns including creation of dynamic email templates.
- Collaborate with Product, Communications, Design, and broader marketing team to support launch of new products and features.
- Track email marketing results, sharing key insights and making recommendations for improvement including variant testing.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of project management.
- Experience developing content, with a strong eye for copy, creative and storytelling.
- 2+ years experience executing marketing campaigns for user acquisition, engagement and retention across multiple digital channels (e.g., email, web, and social), and user touch points.
- Deep understanding of crypto and Web3 including current trends, price movements, etc.
- Working knowledge of email platforms including Braze.
- Ability to work collaboratively and stay organized when delivering projects
- Passionate about crypto and Web3.
