We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity, where you will focus on operational marketing, customer retention, and strategic growth initiatives within the UK market.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for major product launches by coordinating with our product, design, and communications teams.
- Drive brand awareness and user engagement by managing multi-channel marketing efforts across social media and other digital touch points.
- Create and implement growth testing plans to optimize performance across various marketing channels.
- Design and launch customer-focused campaigns, utilizing email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to improve user retention.
- Manage the tactical execution of re-engagement initiatives, including the development of dynamic email templates.
- Analyze email marketing performance to derive actionable insights and suggest improvements through variant testing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience managing marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain organization while delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- A deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto landscape, including current market trends and industry developments.
- Proven experience in content development with a sharp eye for storytelling and creative execution.
- Practical knowledge of email marketing platforms, specifically Braze.
- Fluency in English and a genuine passion for the evolving crypto ecosystem.
