The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior IT General Controls and IT Compliance Analyst to join our expanding IT Compliance team. Reporting directly to our Director of Compliance, you will play a vital role in shaping how we design, implement, and maintain our IT compliance programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Arlington, Virginia office, where you will collaborate across various departments to ensure our systems and processes remain secure, compliant, and efficient.
A day in the life
- You will assist in the development and maintenance of our ITGC and compliance procedures, ensuring that our internal controls are well-documented and effectively implemented.
- You will coordinate with teams across the entire organization, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to support compliance initiatives and perform regular risk assessments.
- You will develop and execute testing programs for our applications and systems, while managing master data processes and access controls to ensure full company compliance.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in compliance and IT controls, ideally within an LNG owner-operator environment. You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your technical toolkit includes a solid working knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or equivalent experience in Information Management, and you are ready to bring your project management skills to a team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
