Analyst - Infrastructure at Harry's

The role

We are looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our daily operations, as you will ensure that our hybrid workforce remains connected and productive. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with our team to maintain the reliability of our technical systems and providing hands-on support for both our in-office and remote environments.

Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support by resolving hardware, software, and network issues across both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
• Manage device provisioning and user accounts through tools like JAMF, OneLogin, and Microsoft Entra to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain and troubleshoot communication systems, including Zoom Rooms and Google Meet, to facilitate effective collaboration for our global team.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer service. We require the following qualifications:

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience managing core technologies such as JAMF, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and OneLogin.
• Proficiency in supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and general LAN/WAN management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and documentation.

Compensation and benefits
