What you'll be doing
- You will manage and optimize our performance marketing channels across both web and mobile platforms to drive scalable growth while keeping a close eye on customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
- You will lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts, specifically focusing on paid search, to design and execute tests that improve conversion rates.
- You will work closely with our design team to create data-driven strategies and collaborate with our analytics, finance, and product departments to support our broader marketing initiatives.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the Web3 ecosystem and ready to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Up to two years of experience in managing paid marketing channels, with a preference for those who have worked in the finance or crypto sectors.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a self-starter who can manage projects independently.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
