About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Analyst, Energy Markets to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to drive the renewable energy industry forward. You will work within a fast-paced, growing environment to research evolving energy markets and translate your findings into our proprietary software tools. This position is essential to our development process, as it helps us standardize underwriting criteria and scale our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on evolving energy markets to identify patterns and inform our development strategy.
- Collaborate with our technology team to encode research findings and revenue modeling standards into our proprietary software platform.
- Analyze program risks and define modeling assumptions to ensure our solar projects are built on repeatable and accurate standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in Finance, Economics, Project Management, or Solar Development. You should be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with spreadsheets to translate complex data into actionable inputs. We value analytical thinkers who reason through their assumptions and are committed to continuous improvement. You must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and maintains a flexible approach to solving challenging, dynamic problems.

This is a hybrid role based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
