We are currently looking for a full-time, on-site Client Strategy Analyst to join our team in the United States.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with Client Strategists to execute short and long-term initiatives, including project coordination and the development of high-level presentations.
- Maintain the integrity of our CRM by ensuring client information is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct thorough research for auctions, regional meetings, and bespoke events, including the creation of client biographies and family trees.
- Drive pre-sale targeting efforts by brainstorming with digital marketing and AI teams to identify potential bidders.
- Analyze large datasets to identify collector trends, support business proposals with strategic data points, and develop insights for client retention.
- Perform competitive analysis to distill key market insights and uncover new business development opportunities.
- Systematically monitor media, wealth lists, and real estate records to identify new prospects and verify existing client data.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within the auction or art market sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of data and identify growth trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational capabilities, allowing you to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- Creative and lateral thinking skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is between $55,000 and $60,000. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Final offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including your specific skills, experience, education, and relevant certifications, as well as market conditions.
