AML Fullstack Developer at ION

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our newly formed Service Consultant sub-practice, where you will work closely with a major, long-term client to drive impactful results and advance their technical agenda.

About the Role

We are hiring an AML Fullstack Developer for a Full Time, executive-level position. In this role, you will be a vital member of a dedicated squad, focusing on the maintenance and migration of Anti-Money Laundering solutions. You will work within an Agile framework to design, build, and deploy robust applications that meet complex financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing AML systems while leading the transition toward new, modern AML solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to enhance delivery velocity through the full product development lifecycle.
• Act as a cross-functional team member, contributing to knowledge sharing and community growth within our engineering practice.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess deep technical expertise and a strong background in financial technology. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of programming experience in object-oriented languages like Java and Python.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Palantir Fullstack development, including a solid grasp of Cloud Foundry architecture.
• Proven ability to configure and customize Case Management, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring modules.
• Experience building data pipelines, creating Ontology objects, and implementing data visualizations using Foundry tools.
• Strong skills in data integration, cleansing, and performing exploratory data analysis on AML datasets.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into rapid solution prototypes.
• Experience with SQL development in major RDBMS environments like Oracle or MSSQL is considered a plus.

Location

This position is based in the United States. We operate under a hybrid work model, which balances the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-person collaboration. You will be expected to be on-site at our office or a client location approximately 2 to 3 days per week.
