About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Ambassador Program Manager to join us on a contractor basis. In this role, you will lead our grassroots Crossposting Ambassador program, transforming it into a high-impact marketing channel. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our ambassadors, from recruitment to performance management, ensuring our community of storage hosts and renters continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Training: You will actively recruit new ambassadors through platforms like Upwork and develop comprehensive training materials using our internal AI tools.
- Operations and Performance: You will monitor the daily output of our ambassadors, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed while making data-backed decisions regarding program retention.
- Data and Payouts: You will manage the commission process by verifying reservation legitimacy and utilizing data analytics to track KPIs, which will help you optimize our overall strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in people operations and a proven ability to hit ambitious goals. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Significant experience in recruitment, coaching, and managing people.
- Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with freelancer platforms like Upwork.
- A solid understanding of UTM parameters.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with multi-level or loyalty program marketing.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
