About the Role 🤔

If you’re passionate about motorcycles, motorsports, the outdoors, or have experience in the 4x4/off-roading, moto or cycling industry, we’d love to hear from you.

The Ambassador and Partnerships Specialist will be a key player in taking our Ambassador and Influencer program to the next level.

In this role, you will work closely with the social media, performance, and sports marketing teams to develop and execute ambassador and paid branded content campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will be responsible for briefing and managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they align with our brand’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our key categories, be a skilled negotiator, and demonstrate expertise in managing large budgets.

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing and branded content/Paid Partnership best practices, the ability to seek and act on opportunities and measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

What You'll be Doing 🤝

Research and identify paid partnerships with influencers and content creators who align with Quad Lock’s brand values on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Collaborate with the Performance and Social Media team to brainstorm, plan, brief and execute strategic influencer-branded content to drive results

Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication of terms and deliverables

Work closely with influencers to create authentic, high-quality content that aligns with Quad Lock’s messaging and resonates with our audience

Directly engage with key partners to coordinate product gifting and training; taking full ownership of the process to ensure that influencers adhere to established guidelines and use the products appropriately

Manage the end-to-end process of sending product samples to all influencers and partners

Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer-branded content campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the wider marketing team

Manage a substantial influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring campaigns are meeting targets for reach, engagement and delivering ROI

Ensure influencer content is seamlessly integrated into the ad structure and brief the in-house creative team to develop engaging and creative content utilising influencer deliverables

Provide support across social media and related projects as needed

What You'll Bring ✨

Previous marketing experience with a proven track record in promoted content or paid media

Experience working with influencers and managing international partnerships

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube

Proficiency in social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Klear, Later, Meta Brands Collab Manager)

Ability to analyse campaign data and apply insights to future campaigns

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Excellent project management and organisational capabilities

Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Proactive, with an innovative mindset and a willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo

Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The ability to create and edit content is a plus

Interest in Quad Lock’s core categories (Moto, Cycle, Drive) is a plus
