We are now looking for a Senior Amazon Connect Developer to join us in shaping the next generation of contact-center technology.
What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the coding process, from initial design through deployment, while collaborating with senior technical leaders across our organization and AWS.
- Architect and implement scalable, resilient systems for a next-generation contact center, always keeping customer needs at the center of every decision.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of code, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet the high standards our clients expect.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Connect developer.
- Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, especially as they relate to data science.
- Solid foundation in computer science principles, statistical analysis, and modern web development, along with familiarity in Service-Oriented Architecture, NoSQL databases, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Big Data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a consistent record of delivering high-quality results.
- Clear communication abilities that let you explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset and the drive to create solutions that will positively impact millions of users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
What you'll get
We offer a salary range of $110,000–130,000 USD per year.
