We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Developer to join our on-site team in India and contribute to the next generation of contact-center solutions built on AWS.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the coding lifecycle, from conceptual design through deployment, for scalable and resilient contact-center systems.
- Collaborate daily with senior technical leaders inside the team and across the wider organization to ensure solutions meet both technical and customer requirements.
- Architect and implement systems that serve millions of users while maintaining a clear focus on customer needs and operational impact.
- Apply modern web development, Service-Oriented Architecture, NoSQL databases, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Big Data technologies to solve real-world customer problems.
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure relevant to data science workloads.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles and demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a consistent record of delivering high-quality technical results.
- Clear communication abilities that allow complex technical concepts to be explained effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with the willingness to address real operational challenges and take personal accountability for outcomes.
- Availability to overlap with United States business hours through at least 12:00 noon US time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
