What you bring
As our Amazon Business Manager, you will report to the Director of E-Commerce and Omnichannel Marketing to lead the growth of our 3P business on Amazon. This full-time, remote position requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing day-to-day operations while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive profitable growth across our Amazon Core product categories.
- Managing the end-to-end Amazon business, including assortment planning, catalog setup, and promotional trade spend.
- Collaborating with internal teams and media agencies to optimize content, SEO, and performance marketing efforts.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced executive with at least six years of professional experience managing Amazon 3P businesses. You should possess a strong background in performance marketing and a practical understanding of e-commerce operations. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and an MBA is considered a plus. You must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and Slack. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, independent thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments and has a genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition. Please note that you must reside in the United States to be considered for this role, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
