You will join Italic, a company redefining luxury by connecting quality manufacturers directly with customers and removing the markups and marketing overhead that define traditional luxury brands. Our customers value exceptional design and materials at transparent prices, and we are looking for someone ready to grow our presence on Amazon through disciplined strategy and careful execution.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end performance of our Amazon storefront by shaping listing strategy, running paid campaigns, and managing day-to-day customer interactions.
- Conduct ongoing research into customer motivations, product features, and competitive positioning, then translate those insights into clear recommendations for titles, images, copy, and advertising creative.
- Plan, launch, and refine Amazon advertising campaigns while monitoring CTR, conversion, and ROAS, using test results to improve outcomes and share learnings with the broader growth team.
What you'll bring
- At least two years of hands-on experience optimizing Amazon product listings and managing Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
- Strong command of keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis, paired with the ability to turn performance metrics into actionable listing or campaign changes.
- English fluency, a detail-oriented approach, and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-moving, low-ego environment where feedback is welcomed and long-term growth is the goal.
