Alliances Marketing Manager at Rubrik Job Board

Our marketing team at Rubrik is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Alliances Marketing Manager to join our global organization. As a company that recently completed its IPO, we are at the forefront of the security industry, providing Zero Trust Data Security to help organizations defend against cyberattacks and operational disruptions. We are seeking a strategic professional who is passionate about building integrated campaigns and driving demand generation through our cloud and security partnerships.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute a global alliance marketing strategy for key partners, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, and Okta.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and capitalize on joint marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, corporate communications, and sales teams to manage product launches and partner-hosted events.
• Oversee a significant marketing budget and partner MDF to ensure optimal spend and high-impact results.
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and ROI metrics, conducting quarterly business reviews to maintain executive alignment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with cloud or security partners.
• Proven background in the security industry.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives from conception to completion.
• Demonstrated expertise across various marketing disciplines, including content, brand, events, and integrated campaigns.
• A strategic mindset with the poise to work effectively with executive leadership.
• Proficiency with B2B marketing technologies, specifically Marketo and SFDC.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages that include base salary, bonus potential, and equity. For roles based in the US, the salary range is determined by your specific work location and experience level.

• US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC): $134,800 to $202,200 USD.
• US (All other locations/Remote): $121,400 to $182,000 USD.
