The role
We are seeking a proactive Alliances Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and growing our ServiceNow practice by fostering strong connections between our internal leadership and ServiceNow sales executives. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Alliances and Demand Generation.
Core responsibilities
- Lead our go-to-market relationship with ServiceNow, including managing executive communications and overseeing the execution of our partnership governance.
- Drive demand generation by facilitating joint enablement sessions, briefings, and events to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Manage sales origination and co-selling efforts by conducting joint account planning sessions to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in partner strategy and sales, particularly with ServiceNow products. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in alliance management, sales enablement, or sales execution.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and nurture business opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation skills, and executive presence.
- Experience with customer engagement applications, including CRM, marketing, and e-commerce tools.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a self-starter.
Please note that this position requires approximately 20% travel.
