Alliances Manager at Massive-rocket

We are Massive Rocket, a rapidly expanding agency specializing in Braze and Snowflake. Over the past five years, we have bridged the gap between marketing teams and engineering units by leveraging cloud, data, and AI technologies to create human experiences at scale. We are currently looking for a Senior Alliances Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial individual who wants to act as an architect for our global partner network, helping us reach our goal of 100 million dollars in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships by identifying potential collaborators, negotiating agreements, and launching initiatives that increase our market presence and client value.
• Drive demand generation by creating new engagement opportunities through proactive partner development and supporting our client partners throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities that inform our long-term strategy.

Requirements

• You have at least 6 years of experience in a client-facing role, specifically within the services industry and preferably in a BDR or sales capacity.
• You possess strong project management skills, allowing you to stay organized while tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• You are a natural communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for research, which helps you simplify complex problems.
• You are fluent in English and have a deep understanding of marketing technology.
