LaunchDarkly is looking for a Alliance Sales Manager - Seattle, Washington

We are looking for a dedicated Alliance Sales Manager to join our team in Seattle. At LaunchDarkly, we are on a mission to help developers build better software by accelerating development cycles and minimizing the risks associated with new releases. As a top AWS global ISV partner, we help our customers advance their generative AI and DevOps goals, and this role is essential to maintaining that momentum. You will report directly to our Head of Strategic Alliances and serve as a primary advocate for our partnership, working in an environment that values collaboration, kindness, and diverse perspectives.

Key outcomes

  • Take full ownership of our regional revenue and pipeline performance by acting as the main point of contact for all GTM activities with AWS.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy by working cross-functionally with both our internal teams and AWS leadership.
  • Increase our market presence by educating AWS account teams and specialists on our value proposition.
  • Create detailed territory and account plans to drive outbound pipeline generation while collaborating closely with our Account Executives.
  • Build deep alignment between our offerings and customer needs to accelerate our expansion in the market.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in partnerships, specifically with a history of working alongside AWS.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline development goals.
  • Experience implementing a partner-first strategy that drives new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Strong background in the SaaS industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with DevOps.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to travel between 25% and 50% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

  • An existing network of contacts within AWS.
  • Recent experience working within an emerging technology software company.
