We are looking for an Alignerr Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Labelbox, we serve as the data factory for generative AI, helping frontier models reach their full potential through high-quality training data. Our platform combines on-demand labeling services with a robust software suite, powered by the Alignerr community of highly educated experts. With backing from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and SoftBank, we support Fortune 500 enterprises and leading AI labs in their mission to build better models. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Alignerrs, ensuring they have a seamless and productive experience while working with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve inbound support inquiries using the Intercom platform to ensure our community receives timely assistance.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new Alignerrs by providing clear guidance and answering operational questions.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining thorough documentation of every case.
Requirements
- You have mid-level experience in a customer support or service-oriented role, ideally within the technology sector.
- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a natural ability to solve problems with high attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are familiar with support tools like Intercom.
- You are a fluent English speaker who is passionate about delivering high-quality service.
