We are looking for an Algorithm Validation Lead to join our Road Experience Management team at Mobileye. Our REM technology serves as a critical mapping and localization engine that powers full autonomy, and you will play a key role in developing the methodologies used to validate this complex, machine learning-driven system.

Responsibilities

Lead the validation of major software releases by coordinating input from multiple algorithmic teams and performing deep data reviews.
Oversee both manual and automated validation workflows to ensure high quality and rigorous standards.
Create detailed, structured reports that communicate validation findings, identified issues, and strategic recommendations to both technical and management teams.
Manage project timelines, track progress, and identify potential risks while maintaining clear communication across departments.
Work closely with algorithm developers and engineers to troubleshoot technical challenges and suggest process improvements.
Contribute to the design and long-term planning of our advanced validation frameworks.

Must-haves

A BSc or MS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
At least 3 years of professional experience in technical roles focused on data analysis, validation, or project coordination within complex environments.
Proven leadership ability, whether through direct management, mentoring, or leading cross-functional projects.
A strong aptitude for building and optimizing workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English.
