About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Algorithm QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our quality assurance group, ensuring that our complex algorithmic solutions are reliable, efficient, and accurate. You will work closely with our development teams to maintain the high standards our partners and passengers expect from our mobility networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and production monitoring for our algorithmic products.
- Design and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including detailed test plans and scenarios, while executing both manual and automated tests across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team to identify edge cases, improve testing efficiency through automation, and provide actionable feedback during team meetings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a QA role, specifically with a focus on back-end, algorithm, and logic testing.
- A solid grasp of testing processes and practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with a highly independent and self-motivated approach to learning.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- While not required, experience with writing automated tests is considered a significant advantage.

This position is based in Israel.
