- Maintain constant situational awareness regarding the health and availability of terrestrial transport, satellite gateways, and sensor data distribution, including the identification of hazardous conditions.
- Coordinate and de-conflict scheduled maintenance activities while providing real-time reporting on unscheduled outages to DISA Global leadership and mission partners.
Requirements
- At least two to four years of relevant professional experience.
- Foundational knowledge of IP circuits and routers.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT-II certification, such as Security+ or CCNA-Security, which is required before your start date.
- The ability to multitask effectively while monitoring various network systems, managing classified communications, and documenting incident resolution steps.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to perform network analysis and execute alt-route actions on high-priority circuits under tight deadlines.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with government and mission partners.
What we offer
We provide a collaborative environment where you will play a key role in supporting national security missions. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced network monitoring tools and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting. We value the expertise of our team members and offer a professional atmosphere where your contributions directly impact the reliability of global ISR transport and data distribution.
