What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Airtable Developer and Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at our location in India. In this role, you will be the primary architect behind our internal data systems, ensuring that our workflows are as dynamic and efficient as possible. You will be expected to:
- Design and maintain robust databases while building automations that streamline our internal operations.
- Develop intuitive interfaces that empower our team members to interact with data effectively.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and data teams to ensure our Airtable infrastructure integrates seamlessly with our broader technical ecosystem.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Airtable development and data analysis. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing relationships with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams. You should have a deep understanding of database structures, formulas, and process automation. Beyond your technical abilities, we value individuals who are proactive, curious, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and any experience with APIs, third-party integration tools, or custom scripting will certainly set your application apart.
