Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Czechia, where you will be expected to work from our Brno office at least two days each week.
Your impact
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that turn our data into tangible business value.
- Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to pinpoint where AI and ML can solve our most challenging problems.
- Leverage your expertise in NLP and large-scale text processing to build solutions that unlock new insights for our customers.
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in Python and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Solid experience with neural networks, deep learning, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and natural language processing, particularly when working with document-based data like PDFs.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and data processing.
- Fluent communication skills in English, as you will be collaborating with a diverse, international team.
- A passion for working in a collaborative environment where you can engage in meaningful discussions with your peers.
