We are currently looking for a senior AI/ML Engineer III to join our team in India in a hybrid capacity.

Key outcomes

• Translate high-level business objectives into technical architectures and actionable AI/ML problem statements.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI systems, specifically focusing on GenAI, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Develop production-grade code while maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure high performance, reliability, and quality SLAs.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns while conducting thorough design and code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate across teams, including product management, data engineering, and DevOps, to deliver cohesive AI-powered features.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to AI/ML systems.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy production-scale AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other language such as Java or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and containerized deployments.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, LLM architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in MLOps, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to various stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience building Agentic AI or multi-step workflows using tools like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs, custom fine-tuning, and multi-modal systems like ASR and TTS.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of GenAI evaluation frameworks like Weights & Biases or CometML.
• Demonstrated success in designing and testing AI-driven voice agents integrated with platforms like Amazon Lex or Google Dialogflow.
• A history of relevant publications, patents, or conference presentations.
