AI/LLM Data Engineer at AnyMind Group

You will work directly with cutting-edge large language models like GPT-4o and Claude to tackle challenging projects from the ground up.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI/LLM Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Japan. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on developing custom AI solutions and enhancing our platform's capabilities. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex data and meaningful business decisions.

What will you do?

• Design, implement, and refine interactive business support applications that leverage the latest advancements in LLM and AI technology.
• Develop new features that directly contribute to our core business strategies and provide custom AI solutions to our clients.
• Explore and implement best practices for LLMOps while participating in technical discussions and code reviews with the rest of the team.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. We require the following skills and qualifications:

• One to two years of hands-on experience developing applications that utilize large language models.
• One to two years of professional experience working with cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• A proven ability to explain the technical challenges you have solved and the solutions you implemented to a broad audience.

We also value experience with machine learning, statistical knowledge, and familiarity with tools like LangChain or LangSmith. If you have a background in BtoB product development or CI/CD pipeline management, that is a significant plus.
