The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior AI Workflow Specialist to join us on a contract basis, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role within 30 to 90 days. In this position, you will serve as a key architect for our internal efficiency, identifying administrative bottlenecks and transforming them into streamlined, automated processes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that save time and empower our employees to focus on high-impact work. This is a remote-friendly role where you will have the autonomy to shape how we leverage technology to drive our firm forward.

A day in the life

• You will start your day by reviewing active AI projects and measuring their performance against established KPIs to ensure we are meeting our efficiency goals.
• You will spend time collaborating with various departments to identify manual pain points and designing, coding, or testing new agent-based workflows to solve those specific challenges.
• You will wrap up your day by documenting your progress and preparing insights for leadership, demonstrating how your innovations are creating measurable value and cost savings across the organization.

Who you are

You are a proactive problem-solver with a deep enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve business operations. You have a strong technical foundation and the ability to explain complex concepts to colleagues who may not have a technical background. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Extensive experience with AI and machine learning platforms, as well as workflow automation tools like Zapier or UiPath.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages, specifically Python or JavaScript.
• A solid understanding of data privacy and security best practices when deploying AI solutions.
• The ability to integrate AI workflows into enterprise systems like Slack or Asana.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
