What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior AI Tutor - Software Engineering Specialist to join us on a Contractor basis. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere, provided they meet legal eligibility and time-zone requirements.
What will you do?
- Contribute to AI model training by curating high-quality code examples, delivering precise solutions, and making detailed corrections across specialized programming languages.
- Review and improve AI-generated code so that it meets industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to refine AI-driven coding tools and ensure they reach enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring substantial professional experience building scalable, high-performance applications and possess deep expertise in one or more programming languages. You are comfortable with relevant frameworks, libraries, and core software-design principles, and you apply best practices around performance optimization, accessibility, security, and reliability. Strong debugging, profiling, and testing skills are essential, as is familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and complementary technologies including backend systems, APIs, and databases. Adaptability, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed. All work is conducted in English.

US-based contractors receive $60/hour – $100/hour, with the exact rate determined by experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. International compensation details are shared during the recruitment process.
