What is this role?

We are searching for an AI Tech Lead Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a lead-level position designed for an expert who wants to bridge the gap between advanced AI research and real-world product application. You will act as a principal investigator, guiding our technical direction while staying deeply involved in hands-on development.

What will you do?

• You will spearhead our research and innovation efforts by tackling our most difficult technical challenges, running proof-of-concept projects, and managing the costs associated with serving our models.
• You will act as a bridge between our product and engineering teams, translating business goals into technical tasks and ensuring our AI solutions integrate smoothly into our existing platform.
• You will lead and mentor our AI team, breaking down complex projects into manageable pieces and fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous learning.
