As we launch a new AI organization, we are looking for a visionary leader to help us pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence into the crypto industry.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Lead AI Strategist / Technologist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI roadmap, acting as the primary bridge between our technical teams and our broader business objectives.

Your impact

• You will serve as the strategic bridge between our AI technical product managers, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure all initiatives are cohesive and aligned with our goals.
• You will lead deep-dive research into market and technology trends to keep us at the competitive edge, translating those insights into actionable strategies and rapid prototypes.
• You will own the AI narrative for our fundraising, investor relations, and external engagements, effectively communicating our vision to stakeholders and potential partners.

What you'll need

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, tech investment, or product management with a focus on AI, cloud, or blockchain.
• A strong technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering, with hands-on experience building products or prototypes.
• Proven ability to manage financial analysis, direct investments, and investor relationships.
• A deep understanding of emerging AI business models and the ability to influence technical product direction.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives.
• A strategic, hypothesis-driven mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments.
