The role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Singapore, and we operate under a hybrid work model. You will play a vital role in our engineering department, helping us refine our data strategies and deploy advanced models that make a tangible impact.

Core responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust data pipelines to process massive datasets, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for training our machine learning models.
• Create predictive models and algorithms that uncover hidden patterns and trends within our data.
• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions that address real-world needs, specifically focusing on natural language processing and the generation of voice, video, and image content.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience with machine learning modeling, deep learning frameworks, and both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Expertise in generative AI, including prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and multimodal applications.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, along with experience in Unix or PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with large language models and tools such as GPT, Claude, and Hugging Face.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
