What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic role where you will serve as the primary bridge between our technology and our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our users successfully adopt and optimize the Union Cloud platform and Flyte, helping them navigate complex AI environments while providing the technical expertise needed to drive their success.

What will you do?

• Own strategic account plans to drive product adoption, usage expansion, and long-term customer growth.
• Partner with our internal engineering teams to help customers design, build, and optimize production-grade AI systems.
• Manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial onboarding and integration to troubleshooting complex technical challenges and facilitating executive reviews.

You are a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of technical infrastructure and customer success. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical role, such as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or ML/Data Engineer, specifically within the B2B devtools or platform space.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of MLOps, machine learning pipelines, and data orchestration tools.
• A solid grasp of cloud environments and the ability to lead architecture-level discussions with both engineering teams and technical decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• A self-directed mindset and a genuine passion for building trusted relationships with customers.
