We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our IT Engineering team and help us transform how our internal departments operate through the power of artificial intelligence.

What you'll be doing

• You will partner with internal teams across the organization to identify specific workflows where AI can drive significant productivity gains and process improvements.
• You will design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions, utilizing Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation to solve real-world internal business problems.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product designers and fellow engineers, to integrate these AI tools into our existing infrastructure while iterating based on user feedback.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for building AI-driven products. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by at least 3 years of experience in engineering roles focused on productivity solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing AI-centric products, specifically involving deep learning, generative AI, or statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with major AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Technical expertise in containerization and cloud infrastructure, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as LangChain and Langflow.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to present complex technical insights to both peers and executive leadership.
