At Quandri we are building an AI operating system that helps North America's leading insurance agencies and brokerages run more efficiently and deliver a better experience to their policyholders. We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Consultant on a full-time, remote basis to serve as the critical link between complex agency operations and our platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the solutions consulting function from the ground up by defining the playbook and establishing how Quandri delivers measurable change for enterprise agencies.
- Partner with the sales team on enterprise deals by joining discovery calls, mapping customer workflows, designing tailored solutions, and presenting clear technical and business cases that demonstrate ROI.
- Translate the operational complexity of large agencies into actionable implementation roadmaps while advising on adoption and change management to drive successful utilization across their organizations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working in, selling to, or consulting for property and casualty insurance agencies or brokerages, with a deep understanding of how they operate day-to-day.
- Background in enterprise solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales, including participation in complex deal cycles that connect technology to specific business problems.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to discuss agency P&L, growth strategy, and operational challenges with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments, build buy-in across leadership and front-line teams, and communicate effectively through proposals, presentations, and technical whiteboarding.
- Comfort operating as a builder who defines new functions rather than inheriting established processes.
Experience with Applied Epic or Vertafore AMS360, or prior work in insurtech, is considered an asset.
