Dataiku is the force behind The Universal AI Platform, which empowers organizations to manage their AI talent, processes, and technology. We provide a versatile environment that supports no-code, low-code, and full-code development, allowing teams to build sophisticated analytics and AI agents using the skills they already possess.

Responsibilities

Guide users through the Dataiku platform by hosting training sessions, office hours, and providing ongoing consultative support.
Partner with customers across various industries to co-develop production-ready data science projects.
Offer strategic insights to account teams to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert for both our customers and our internal sales and marketing departments.
Represent the team at public events by running technology demonstrations and giving talks.
Create internal best practices and contribute to our public project gallery or company blog.

Must-haves

Native proficiency in French and fluency in English.
At least 2 years of professional experience using Python and SQL.
At least 2 years of experience building machine learning models and utilizing tools like sklearn.
Practical experience working with LLMs.
Proficiency in data visualization and building web applications using Python frameworks such as Dash or Streamlit.
A solid understanding of data systems, including cloud architectures and database structures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A curious mindset and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working with Dataiku DSS.
Background in consulting or customer-facing data science roles.
Industry experience within the Manufacturing, Defense, or Energy sectors.
Technical expertise in MLOps or Data Engineering.
Experience building APIs or developing web applications with JavaScript.
A strong interest in public speaking or teaching.
