We are Together AI, a research-driven company working to lower the cost of modern AI systems through co-design of software, hardware, algorithms, and models. Our team has delivered breakthroughs such as FlashAttention, Hyena, FlexGen, and RedPajama, and we continue to advance open-source research, models, and datasets. We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join us full time in a hybrid capacity and help customers build and deploy generative AI at scale.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective customers, guiding them through proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate how Together AI meets their specific use cases.
- Build notebooks, scripts, and code samples, debug deployment issues, and optimize model-training quality while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Partner with account executives to configure products, develop customized pilots and evaluation suites, and advise on architecture, integration, and technical roadblocks throughout onboarding and beyond.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, paired with five or more years of hands-on work in machine-learning or AI development and applications.
- Proven ability to design novel solutions for technical platforms in emerging sectors, along with strong software-engineering skills for close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Deep systems knowledge that includes networking, large-scale distributed systems, cloud and VPC environments, scripting, debugging, and command-line proficiency.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, adapting quickly to new domains, and delivering clear solutions while communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, navigating trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities across the organization.
What we offer
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $230,000 plus equity and benefits. We also provide hybrid work flexibility, remote-work options, and equity compensation.
