About the Role
We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join us on a full-time basis. In this role you will guide customers through the design, deployment, and scaling of generative AI solutions built on Together Inference, Together GPU Cluster, Together Fine-tuning, and Together Custom Models, ensuring they achieve industry-leading performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective customers, running proof-of-concept projects that clearly show how Together AI meets their specific use cases and technical requirements.
- Build notebooks, scripts, and other supporting materials, debug deployment issues, and optimize model-training quality while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Partner with account executives to translate customer needs into tailored pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites that drive adoption and long-term success.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- At least five years of hands-on work in machine-learning or AI development and applications.
- Proven ability to design novel solutions for technical platforms in fast-moving sectors, paired with strong software-engineering skills for close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Deep systems knowledge that includes networking, large-scale distributed systems, cloud and VPC environments, scripting, debugging, and command-line workflows.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, adapting quickly to new domains, and delivering clear solutions under competing priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills that allow you to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while thriving in cross-functional settings.
Location
This hybrid position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time role is $180,000 – $230,000, plus equity and benefits. We also offer hybrid and remote work options along with flexible hours.
