AI Solutions Architect at Together AI

Our team has already delivered breakthroughs such as FlashAttention, Hyena, FlexGen, and RedPajama, and we continue to release open-source research, models, and datasets that push the frontier of what AI can do.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level AI Solutions Architect position based in the San Francisco Bay Area and performed in a hybrid work mode. You will join the Solutions Architects team and serve as the primary technical guide for customers who want to adopt generative AI at scale.

What will you do?

• Act as the main technical advisor for prospective customers, running proof-of-concept projects that show how Together AI products solve their specific use cases and providing guidance on integration, deployment, and best-practice adoption.
• Build notebooks, scripts, and code collateral, debug deployment issues, and optimize model-training quality while partnering with account executives to configure products and create customized pilots and evaluation suites.
• Advise customers on optimal architecture, setup, and integration of Together AI into their existing infrastructure, recommend fixes for technical roadblocks, and stay engaged through onboarding and post-launch phases to ensure lasting success.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring at least five years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, along with another five years of deep technical work in machine-learning or AI development and applications. You have designed novel solutions for technical platforms in emerging sectors and demonstrate strong software-engineering skills when collaborating with engineering teams. Your systems expertise spans networking, large-scale distributed systems, cloud and VPC environments, scripting, debugging, and command-line workflows. You thrive when navigating ambiguity, shifting across domains, and delivering clear solutions under competing priorities. Excellent communication skills let you explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you enjoy cross-team collaboration and managing trade-offs.

Professional working proficiency in English is required.

What's in it for you?
