AI Solutions Architect at Together AI

The role

We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join us full time in a hybrid capacity. In this position you will guide customers through the design, deployment, and scaling of generative AI systems on our platform, helping them achieve industry-leading performance and reliability.

Core responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective customers, running proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate how Together AI solves their specific use cases and guiding integration, deployment, and adoption best practices.
• Build and maintain notebooks, scripts, and other technical collateral while debugging deployment issues and optimizing model-training quality for customer workloads.
• Collaborate with account executives to translate customer requirements into customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites that showcase the value of Together Inference, GPU Cluster, Fine-tuning, and Custom Models offerings.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates who bring at least five years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, along with another five years of hands-on work in machine-learning or AI development. You should be comfortable designing novel solutions for emerging technical platforms, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and demonstrating strong software-engineering fundamentals. Deep systems knowledge-including networking, large-scale distributed systems, cloud and VPC environments, scripting, debugging, and command-line workflows-is essential. The ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, shift across domains, and communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will help you succeed. All work is conducted in English.

Compensation and benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $180,000 - $230,000, and compensation also includes startup equity and health insurance. We support hybrid work, remote work, and flexible work locations so you can choose the arrangement that fits your needs.
