YOUR CAPCO DAY 

• Design and implement Python applications focusing on AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector searching, to enhance data processing and document search capabilities. 
• Employ innovative methods for document chunking and embedding to achieve optimal search performance and relevance. 
• Ideally develop intuitive user interfaces using Angular or Django and manage application deployment using cloud services and DevOps tools like Terraform. 
• Work within a cross-functional team to integrate AI technologies into applications, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and project requirements, translating them into technical specifications and innovative solutions that leverage AI capabilities. 
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and security in all development activities. 

YOUR CAPCO FIT

• Strong experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, particularly in the application of large language models (LLMs) and vector search technologies, with the ability to apply these tools to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challenges. 
• Demonstrated experience in applying different methodologies to extract, chunk, and embed unstructured data for optimal search results, showcasing a deep understanding of data processing and optimization techniques. 
• Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or Django is considered a plus, with the ability to create engaging user interfaces that complement AI-powered applications. 
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment is considered a plus.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow is considered a plus, indicating a foundation in ML concepts 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges and delivering solutions that meet client needs and project objectives. 
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment and interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. 
• Fluency in English and German.
