We are looking for a passionate AI Research Engineer to join our team in India and help us develop the cutting-edge deep learning, NLP, and generative AI algorithms that power our platform for over 4,000 enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Deploy production-grade solutions based on Large Language Models.
- Address complex engineering challenges, such as managing high latency and non-deterministic outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into robust machine learning architectures.
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems, including design, coding, monitoring, and observability for engineering projects, as well as the training, testing, and deployment of model training initiatives.
Must-haves
- Between 1 and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, ideally supported by an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in applied NLP and LLMs, including experience with frameworks like HuggingFace and LangChain.
- Experience developing back-end solutions using FastAPI.
- Practical knowledge of experimenting with commercial and open-source LLMs, alongside a deep understanding of prompt engineering.
- Core engineering skills covering cloud infrastructure, microservice architecture, caching, and queuing.
- Familiarity with modern development tools including Docker, K8s, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems and debug complex systems.
- Fluency in English.
