About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Product Operations Manager for a full-time position. As we integrate artificial intelligence and advanced automation into our platform, you will serve as the architect of our operational excellence. You will focus on streamlining how our product teams plan, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring that our internal processes are as efficient and scalable as possible. This role is essential for reducing friction and allowing our product managers to focus on high-impact innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimized product development workflows that are tailored to our unique needs, ensuring scalability and clarity across all teams.
• Manage and configure our product management and analytics tool stack, specifically identifying ways to use AI-enhanced features to automate routine tasks and provide deeper insights.
• Define and maintain playbooks for roadmap management and progress tracking, utilizing automation to provide leadership and engineering with clear, real-time visibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in product operations or a similar operational capacity within a fintech or technology company.
• Proven ability to design and optimize workflows that result in measurable improvements to productivity and efficiency.
• Expertise in configuring and integrating project tracking, product management, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to streamline operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a significant asset.
