What you'll be doing
- Own the product strategy for our Agentic Development tool, prioritizing features that improve pull request quality, expand task coverage, and reduce rework across the software development lifecycle.
- Drive adoption and enablement by standardizing best practices, creating documentation, and delivering training to ensure engineering squads can effectively leverage our AI-driven tools.
- Measure and iterate by instrumenting key performance metrics, such as cycle time and funnel conversion, to guide your roadmap and ensure the product delivers measurable improvements to developer productivity.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a senior-level professional who combines technical engineering expertise with product leadership. You should have a strong background in software development and a passion for building AI-powered tools.
- Technical foundation: At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including proficiency with Git, code reviews, testing, and modern development stacks.
- Product expertise: Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within developer tools, infrastructure, or machine learning systems.
- AI proficiency: Practical experience working with LLMs and agentic workflows, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluating model performance.
- Data-driven mindset: A proven ability to use telemetry and metrics to prioritize features, run experiments, and validate product impact.
- Communication skills: Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a valuable asset.
