About Agentic Development at dLocal
Our Agentic Development product accelerates software delivery by turning well‑formed requirements into ready‑to‑review pull requests, tightly integrated with our SDLC. This is a strategic lever to shorten lead time, improve quality and consistency, and free developers to focus on higher‑value work.
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own and scale our Agentic Development product. Your mandate is threefold: expand capabilities, drive adoption, and measurably reduce development lead time. You will partner with the Development Productivity, Engineering, AI, Security, and domain teams to define the roadmap, ship improvements to the planning/execution/validation flows, and build the telemetry and change‑management needed for company‑wide adoption. This role requires real, hands‑on software development experience alongside product leadership and applied AI experience.
