As the leading SaaS platform for security workforce management, we support over 4,600 clients across 50 countries, helping teams improve efficiency and safety. With a team of more than 300 professionals and a Center of Excellence in Wroclaw, Poland, we are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead our product vision and deliver high-impact, intelligent solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven features that address real-world challenges in security operations and workforce management.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to discover high-value opportunities for AI integration.
- Convert business requirements into actionable product specifications and partner with R&D to assess technical feasibility.
- Define key performance indicators to monitor the adoption, ROI, and overall business impact of our AI initiatives.
- Ensure all product designs prioritize data privacy, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new AI capabilities by working closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success departments.
- Develop educational resources to help cross-functional teams understand the capabilities and limitations of our AI tools.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and operational AI systems within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- A proven history of successfully launching AI-powered features that drive measurable business results.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and a data-informed approach to decision making.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
