The role

We are seeking an AI Product Engineering Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position for an experienced leader who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical, high-impact product features. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with our team to shape the direction of our AI initiatives and ensure our technical architecture remains scalable and innovative.

• Develop and execute a robust technical strategy that optimizes our current AI models while allowing us to rapidly adopt new advancements in the field.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of engineering experience, including 4 years in a management capacity. We look for leaders who are hands-on and deeply engaged with the product, from reviewing technical designs to speaking directly with customers. You should have a proven track record of shipping complex, full-stack projects and a strong intuition for product strategy. We work with a modern stack, and familiarity with our tools is essential. Our environment relies on TypeScript, React, Apollo GraphQL, and Redux on the frontend. Our backend utilizes Express, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes, all supported by Python and AWS infrastructure.
