Arcadia is the AI-powered energy intelligence platform helping businesses move away from fragmented, manual processes. We provide a unified system to manage utility bills, procure energy, and advance sustainability goals at an enterprise scale. Trusted by Fortune 2000 companies, we combine high-quality data with AI-driven analytics to help teams save money, manage risk, and reduce their carbon footprint. We believe that energy management should be simple, intelligent, and a core driver of business value, and we are looking for people who share that vision to join our team.
The role
We are seeking a Senior AI Operations Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role within our R&D Operations function, designed to move our AI transformation beyond early experiments and into scaled, lasting impact. You will act as the bridge between our product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations teams, identifying where manual work can be replaced by intelligent automation. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who understands that the true value of AI lies in workflow redesign rather than just technical implementation.
Core responsibilities
- Embed yourself within various company teams to map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate those findings into high-leverage AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy Claude skills, agents, and automations that prioritize measurable outcomes and long-term team adoption over simple novelty.
- Develop and mentor a network of internal AI champions who can maintain, extend, and evangelize these workflows after you have moved on to new projects.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in process design and a track record of shipping technical solutions that teams actually use. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience identifying workflow breakdowns and collaborating with engineering teams to ship effective automations or internal tools.
- Deep expertise in workflow design, process mapping, and automation strategies.
- The ability to build trust across diverse departments and bring skeptical stakeholders along for the journey.
- A preference for creating reusable systems and patterns rather than solving the same problem repeatedly.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with AI governance, including data classification and human-in-the-loop standards, is considered a significant plus.
Compensation and benefits
The target annual compensation range for this position is $128,000 to $228,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- Remote-first work environment with access to co-working spaces.
- Flexible hours and generous paid time off, including 11 annual holidays, 10 days of sick leave, and flexible vacation time.
- 75% to 95% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents.
- Paid parental bonding leave, caregiver leave, and bereavement leave.
- Dedicated time for professional development and volunteering.
- Wellness programs to support your overall health.
How to apply
If you are passionate about building the future of energy intelligence and have the operational expertise to drive AI adoption at scale, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application through our careers portal. Note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time. If you require any accommodations during the application or interview process due to a disability, please reach out to us via email so we can ensure you have a seamless experience.
