The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior AI Operations Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for a fast-moving engineer who thrives on autonomy and enjoys building tools that have an immediate impact. You will work directly with our business stakeholders to translate their feedback into functional code, often moving from scoping to deployment in just a few hours. Because we prioritize speed, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your projects, ensuring that our operations team has the automated workflows they need to succeed.

A day in the life

• Develop and maintain internal automation workflows and tools using advanced platforms like Cursor and n8n.
• Execute rapid iterations by pushing three to four production releases every single day.
• Design, deploy, and manage AI agents that handle repetitive operational tasks from start to finish.

Who you are

You are an expert at shipping high-quality code quickly without sacrificing architectural integrity. You possess a young, energetic mindset and are comfortable communicating directly with non-technical stakeholders without needing a project manager as a buffer. You have a strong grasp of the following:

• AI Development: Expert-level proficiency with Cursor.ai and experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n.
• LLM Integration: Deep knowledge of OpenAI and other LLM APIs, including tool use, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
• Full-Stack Technical Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and REST API design.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven ability to handle cloud deployments on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and based in LATAM, with the ability to maintain full overlap with US business hours.
